I am a long time user of your excellent computers. My ten year old Mach V recently crapped out but I had years of great performance from it. I just received a new Falcon Northwest Talon and couldn't figure out how to hook up and configure the Asus HD/3D 27 inch monitor (two video cards and lots of options and cables).
 
Your tech rep, Edward Munoz, patiently and cooly walked me through the process and we got it up and running. It's so refreshing to deal with a tech rep that is so competent and yet never talks down to a baffeled user like myself, while explaining what we are doing and why every step of the way. We didn't get it right on the first try but succeeded before the phone call was over. Hurrah!
 
Your new Falcon Talon box is incredibaly fast and the monitor is beyond belief.. I'm going to be 75 this June and my eyesight is not the best but this monitor makes up for lots.
