I've had my Falcon Northwest Talon for a month now. Excellent performance across the board, no problems whatsoever. I could not be happier. Stable as can be.
 
No stranger to "boutique" gaming rigs, I've purchased Voodoo and Alienware systems in the past.
 
My Voodoo system had problems from day one--shipping gremlins--loose wires, bad connections. Unfortunately, those problems persisted beyond initial setup and tech support was seemingly uninterested. And don't forget about the shipping problems with Canadian/US customs when you need repairs.
 
Alienware, on the other hand, was pretty good out of the box (Pre-Dell), but both systems I bought from Alienware had little persistent bugs, again from day one and support was sporadic. And when I needed the recovery disk? Forget about it. It didn't work at all. And tech support shrugged its collective shoulder about that. Tough luck, pal. Yikes.
 
Your system, however, has been without flaw from the moment it emerged from its ingenious packaging. Great Work. What a solid piece of engineering. Thanks.
