My name is anthony dimitri. I bought falcon last year
from you guys and it's been problem free for that entire year. My
family has recently purchased a couple of fragbox's. One of them didn't
stopped working after only a day of use. The Tech support staff was
more than compentent enough to help solve these problems. This could
have turned into something ugly, but you guys really came through!
Thanks for being custormer friendly. It goes a long long way. I look
forward to buying from you guys soon.
