I must say that so far I have been very happy with my experience with FNW. The PC is incredible – unbelievable build quality and components of a caliber that I have never experienced with Dell. (Having a little plaque with my name on it on the chassis was a very nice touch.) As a reader of manuals, I definitely appreciate the full documentation which you provided. The purchasing experience was also top-notch.  I was impressed and benefitted from the comments and advice offered by your sales representatives.

Now all that remains is to observe the PC in action. Based upon my experience so far, I expect that I will remain as satisfied as I am now, and I will come back to FNW when I upgrade or purchase my next PC.
