I'm happy to be able to tell you that my PC arrived yesterday just before noon, and I've been having an absolute blast with it ever since. The performance is nothing short of the mind-boggling speed that I was promised by the myriad of reviewers out there, and Falcon Northwest's essentially flawless reputation.
 
Having said that, I know that Falcon is interested in my opinion on the entire experience that I have had with your company, and so I will be as honest and forthright as I can be.
 
As mentioned, the performance and quality of the PC is incredible. The case is extremely well built and looks very professional, with a sleek, stainless finish that I am already enjoying.  The internal construction is neat and tidy, and indicative of the work of a talented and experienced technician. The noise levels seem very low for a machine with these specifications, and are not at all obtrusive in my computing environment.
 
The packaging and attention to detail was very impressive. Both my partner and I were especially impressed by the small detail of my name on the layout diagram, and the fact that the diagram exactly matched my computer's configuration. This was very helpful with quickly connecting my microphone, headphones and other peripherals. The only small complaint that I have is that audio connection information was included for both the enabled X-Fi card and the motherboard's disabled audio plugs. I understand this is needed for completeness, but there was some minor confusion at first glance. I'm unsure if there is any real recommendation I can make here; perhaps indicating the motherboard plugs are disabled would be a possibility? All of the other packaging was in good condition, well designed and the absence of ridiculous amounts of foam was a welcome change.
 
I am extremely pleased with the overall experience and - despite the inconvenience of the international ordering process - will likely purchase my next upgrade from Falcon when the time comes.  In the meantime, thank you very much for all of your assistance over the past few weeks and I look forward to doing business with you again.
