Thanks Falcon Northwest! I found out about your systems while shopping online for a relatively powerful computer that would suit my needs for internet browsing, 3-D graphic design, digital video editing and gaming, to name a few things. I became piqued in your brand after reading the (relatively) recent review on cnet.com and the high praise that your Talon computer received. After comparing the specs of your system with those of the more mainstream brand computers, the choice was obvious to me to buy a Talon.

The online design of the computer was very simple, even for a guy like me who literally hasn’t purchased a computer in over 8 years. I called and spoke to your sales representatives on a few occasions, and they helped clarify many of my choices and spent all the time I needed on the phone without hesitation or pressure.

I love the clean design and lack of clutter on the computer. Everything is very tidy and without “fluff.” I even like the Falcon Northwest wallpaper! I’ve been using this computer for over a month now and I truly couldn’t be happier. I look forward to working with you when upgrades become necessary, and I am certain that when a replacement is in order, it will be with another Falcon Northwest product.
