Hi Falcon,

I’ve been using my new Talon for a while now and am most pleased. You gave me a great price and loaded it up with the best gear available. This is my third Falcon and won’t be my last. The support you provide allows anyone, even a relative computer novice like me, to keep the problems at bay and do most repairs or upgrades at home. The one time I had to send my PC in for work and an upgrade it was done quickly and I was able to retrieve data I thought was lost forever. The oldest computer is still working and it’s at least 16 years old. Thank you all for the fine product and great service. I enjoy being a Falcon owner and even when there is a rare problem; it’s not the fault of Falcon NW. The patience you have is just great and I enjoy working on the phone with the techs to solve any problems that do arise. I know of no better company in any field. May you continue be successful and be around the next time I need a new computer.
