Heya,
 
First of all, I'd like to thank you guys for providing the FIRST positive experience I've had with shipped computers.  Not only was my computer not busted in some subtle way, it was shipped in a way I've not seen before.  Instead of putting the tower inside formed foam and butterfly foam, it was suspended on cleverly engineered plastic/cardboard layout. 
 
Secondly, the computer performed like a dream this entire time with no issues at all.  Not a single crash!  Every single computer I've ever bought has crashed on the first day, and everyday thereafter.  I am thankful you guys put the computer together so well. 
 
I didn't write up an email before because I wanted to wait and see if the computer would hold up over time.  Since I use it 4-12 hours a day it definetly should have shown signs of breaking down by now, but it hasn't!
