Falcon team members,

I just wanted to say thank you for the new Talon I purchased. I’m proud to say that I since 1997 I have purchased only Falcon computers. I tell everyone that I talk to that I own a Falcon and so should they. So when the time came to get a new computer, I spent a lot of time looking and in the end, no one could match the performance and the quality you people place in your product. This new Talon blew me away at the ease to set it up. I only took me 20 minutes from the time it came out of the box until I was downloading and playing games on it. And your attention to detail was incredible. At first I was worried when I was connecting my monitor to the Talon because I didn’t think I had the right video connection. But all I had to do was look inside the binder that came with the Talon and there was the adapter I needed. A quick fix and it was all there and clearly labeled for me. It is times like that when you appreciate paying a premium price for a premium product.
