I wanted to take a moment and give your entire team a big thank you. I was first drawn to FNW after reading reviews of the sheer performance that FNW machines are capable of in numerous PC magazines. My experience with FNW from when I started looking for and purchased a computer (2006 Mach V) to current customer support has been nothing but exemplary. The sales staff was very helpful in assessing my computing needs, and even talked me out of a few unnecessary / expensive components. The tower was built beautifully and packaged very carefully, and the customer handbook with the original customized boot up CD is something I would never expect from Dell / another beige box.
The machine was meticulously crafted (not to mention the superb wiring job), and I've had very few issues with it since my purchase (mostly user error, I have to admit). However, even in those instances, customer support has bent over backwards to make sure that I got my system up and running the way I wanted to. I have never had a computer support team from any company call me back to help me fix my computer.
My recent experience with support again confirms the dedication FNW's team has to their customers and the passion they have about their product, as a very helpful staff member Matt went out of his way to help me fix a BIOS problem, and even offered to walk me through my new windows 7 installation.
I will no doubt be a returning customer when the time comes that my Mach V cannot keep up with the computing world, and have certainly shared my satisfaction with my friends and families. I wish the entire staff at FNW well, and a big sincere thank you again.
