DRX: The Fastest Laptop on Earth.

Our new DRX Desktop Replacement laptops are lighter, faster, and more power-efficient than ever.  The DRX isn't so much a laptop as it is a miniaturized tower PC.  With the capability to run two of the most powerful graphics processors made, the new NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680M, in SLI, the DRX has the most graphics horsepower ever put into a notebook.  Its 1080P visuals are unparalleled.  But the firepower doesn’t stop there. The DRX also runs the fastest mobile CPUs ever made: the new 3^rd Generation Intel Core-i7 Extreme Edition Quad-Core processors.

We've upped the memory capacity to whopping 32 Gigabytes of dual-channel DDR3. And with dual hard drive capacity, you can even utilize the fastest Solid State Drives in RAID modes 0 (striped for speed) or 1 (duplicated for instantaneous data backup).

The DRX now features an illuminated full-size keydeck with full numeric keypad and buttonless trackpad.  To round this off as the most loaded laptop on the planet, it comes with 4 USB 3.0 ports, HDMI and Display Port-out, E-SATA port, memory card reader, 2 megapixel camera and even biometric fingerprint-reader security.  Finally, though the mere mention of "great sounding laptop speakers" may sound like a joke, we think you'll be impressed with the quality of the audio provided by the onboard Sound Blaster® X-Fi™ MB2 and Onkyo speakers.

It looks like... whatever you desire. Like all of our laptops, each DRX is custom painted in the automotive finish of your choice. ANY color you can imagine. Even any custom artwork you can imagine is available. We can custom color-match almost anything, from exotic sports cars to your favorite blanket. Each DRX is as individual as its owner.

This latest DRX has more than doubled the battery life, and cut 3 pounds of weight, from our previous generation. But it still has the heavier weight common to the Desktop Replacement class.  It’s a big laptop that’s not ideal for those who want portability more than power.  For those that can’t sacrifice the power of a loaded desktop, but need mobility too, the DRX has no equal. If you are looking for desktop PC capabilities that you can easily move from home to office (and look good doing it!) the DRX is the Falcon for you.
