I received my laptop back last Friday and I just wanted to write and
let you know how much I appreciate the care that it received from the
techies at Falcon NW. It came back just as shiny and gorgeous as it was
when I sent it. The repair work seems to be excellent and it really is
faster than it was. This laptop is one of my favorite possessions only
second to my BMWZ4 car so you can imagine how much I appreciate the
care you gave it. You guys are the best!!. I hope this email reaches
the appropriate people but if there is a certain address I should send
my thoughts to so the proper people get the recognition please send it
to me and I will gladly write to that address. I have only had great
service from your company from the purchase through the service three
years later.
