I wanted to give it a week or so before I wrote to you, just to get a feel for the new lap top. I am beyond thrilled with it, and the service from Falcon.

I originally purchased a Dell lap top. When it arrived it didn’t work properly, it had numerous problems. I spent six hours over two days with customer support; since English was not their first language this was very frustrating. They finally told me that my brand new lap top needed a new motherboard, hard drive and fan. I sent it off, and four weeks later I received the lap top back with a note that said they couldn’t find anything wrong so they didn’t fix anything.

So I’d spent a month with no laptop and when I did finally get it back it was still broken. Six more hours and the threat of a law suit, and the finally agreed to give me a refund, after initially refusing to, since I was past their 25 day refund period. I’m sure you can imagine my ire.

I asked a good friend who’s known for building his own computers where I should go for a reliable lap top with quality parts not made cheaply overseas, and English speaking support and service. He highly recommended you, and told me I couldn’t go wrong in choosing Falcon.
 
The customer service right from the start was really friendly, and you guys made me feel like I was the only one you were working with. There was a delay with the paint, but I totally understand and appreciated you letting me know why. 
 
The lap top arrived in a beautiful and sturdy backpack, and with a ton of swag I was totally surprised and impressed by. 
 
The laptop itself is light, beautiful and amazingly fast. It’s sturdy, user friendly and you guys even loaded Windows and the software onto it. In my line of work, it's important to have technology we can count on. This laptop goes with me to disaster scenes, fires, accidents, and so far this week it's proven it's mettle. 
 
I can’t say good enough things about your company. It really is true that you get what you pay for. Thank you so much for taking pride in what you do, and having attention to detail.
