First off, thank you for the fantastic system. I am very satisfied with it. I first heard about Falcon NW several years ago in a PC Gamer magazine. At that time, your ratings and reviews were equaled only by Alienware. I was then in the market for a new computer and ended up purchasing an Alienware system. That system has been good to me and is now 7 1/2 years old. Alienware, on the other hand, has tanked in customer service and quality. They contracted out their tech support to India, and there were horror stories on review boards and blogs about how new systems were arriving dead and it took over a month to get them fixed. Their laptops were the worst. Some people never got their systems repaired and had to fight with the company to get any kind of resolution. Then Alienware did the worst thing it could do and partnered with Dell, whose ratings were also dropping significantly. Now Alienware systems are built on an assembly line and you can even purchase them at stores like Best Buy. Alienware now ranks with HP, Sony, Toshiba, and all the other mainstream, mediocre brands. I say all of this because I am, for the most part, a brand loyal person, but I will not buy another Alienware. In choosing my next system, the two big selling points were customer service and quality. And from what I've read, Falcon NW is #1 in both areas.

A couple of years back, I knew I would need a new system soon and I would not be able to get a Falcon NW unless I budgeted for it. It took me just over a year to save up the money for the Talon I purchased from you and, so far, it has been worth every penny. I am now starting a savings account so I can buy my dream system in about three to four years: a decked out Mach V.
