I purchased a Mach V system from you a little over 6 months ago. I have one word for you: Wow. Really!

Sure, I was taken in by the testimonials I read, by your reviews, and then really seduced by your web site where I whipped myself into a frenzy of build-myself-a-glossy-Ferrari abandon. After trimming off a bell or two, I collapsed onto the "submit order" button. After sleeping it off, I called one of your salesman who soberly talked me through my needs, wants, desires, and settled me on a sleek power machine. It's gorgeous in its pure silver form. My husband bought a Mac OS Snow Leopard at the same time, and the Falcon is just so much cooler, as much or more powerful, Windows 7 is flying without a hitch, and the Falcon is also much more multi-media friendly. I can pop in our CF card from our digital Canon, the SD card from our powershot, my Ipod, our external drives, right to the front panel behind my yellow-eyed falcon. Dragon Age Origins is stunning on the 30" monitor, as is WoW, and everything responds so lightning fast, well, can you tell I'm impressed? My only complaint is I didn't think to specify internet access options (wireless) - so had to purchase a wireless separately. We're now linked in through an Airport, so it's no longer an issue. Your technical support folks were instrumental in getting that to work for us, too. They have been, with few exceptions, extremely competent in the few times I've needed them. Too bad you're out of the TLX laptops, I'm looking for one.
