I'm Sandy. I ordered my computer a while back from Jacob. I'd been talking to him on and off for a few months and he suggested I wait for the new Nvidia video cards to come out. I was glad I took his advice. I've had my system since April 27th. It's not the first mail order computer I've ordered, but it is the first one that got plugged in and turned on without a hitch. I was very surprised. In the past, with other computers things always came loose in shipping and I wound up having to reseat RAM and video cards before I could get the systems up and running... not so with my Falcon Mach V.

 

I had a rattle in the system for the past couple of days so today I finally opened it up to see what could be making the noise. I was amazed at the insides of this system. I have never seen anything so neat, so clean, so pristine. I expected things to be tied and bundled together inside but oh my, this was a work of art. The only thing I can think of that might have caused a rattle was the side panel vibrating. At any rate I put things back together and there is absolute quiet. Speaking of quiet..t his system is very very quiet. I'm impressed. It is a pleasure not only to work on, but to look at.

 

I had thought the plain case was a little "homely" when looking at it on the web. Not so! Once its turned on and comes to life, the falcon glows,  and there is a soft blue glow from the air intakes in the front.

I was also impressed with the manual that came with the system. I kind of was expecting manuals for the video card etc, but I found I didn't really need any of that. The system is truly  "plug it in, turn it on, get to playing online!" I did have cause to call tech support for help with my speakers. The technician that helped me was very easy going and thorough. Once I authorized him to access/control my computer remotely he fixed my problem in no time. I'm very very happy with my computer. I am very pleased with the quality of the computer, the salespeople and the technicians. Y'all "done good".
