Hi – It’s taken me a little while to write this, mostly because I’ve been setting up our new Talon. The process of getting our new computer from you was a pleasure from beginning to end. The configuration and ordering process was very simple, our sales contact at Falcon was on the ball, and the computer was received earlier than we expected. My wife Denise was very excited about the computer as well; she does a lot of CS5 work, and having 16GB is paradise to her. And we’re both thrilled with the SSD. Denise was also impressed with your care in packaging and presentation, especially the embroidered case with our cables, manuals, and software, not to mention your impressive QA checklist. We were both also pleased by the absence of crapware. The care with which the system was assembled and configured was clear.

P.S. Oh, did I mention that you managed to make the machine almost silent? Even with the SSD, we expected fan noise, but we can only tell the machine is on because the white power light is lit.  Hurray!
