Having purchased a Mach V over two years ago and having experience it, I find it is all you said it would be, I thank you. But I write to you today to speak of your customer service, being a complete computer illiterate and to old to learn, I've called a couple of times for inconsequential problems for a normal person, but for me a fearful problem, and each time I called I reached a most helpful, polite, and may I say a person who toke my problem to heart. This latest customer service representative was Edward, who with the help of remote control feature that I am told Edward helped write, made this once again a very pleasant experience. Handling my problem with utmost speed and satisfaction.
