We think the whole experience has been very positive so far:-

1. This is the second time we have bought a high end system from Falcon. The first experience was not very positive. It was back in 2002/3.

2. In addition to Falcon, this time we looked at HP, Apple, Dell and Lenovo in some detail.

3. Your sales person Warren Bowdoin was very supportive in helping us understand the options and to sort out the most suitable configuration to meet our needs. This included some important components that became available late in the process. He gave us confidence that we would be getting a state of the art system that would meet the performance needs of Mrs. Ryan – she is very involved in photography, still and video.

4. The machine was delivered one day earlier than promised in perfect condition.

5. Once we understood that we needed to change a setting to prevent overclocking we had no further migration issues that were related to the new machine. Any problems we had were connected with moving from XP Pro 32 bit to Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit and the need to update printer drivers and settings for example. All of this was dealt with by our local technician and at no time was it necessary to call the Falcon help line.

6. The performance of the Mach V has turned out to be really excellent. It is lightening fast, actually exceeding our expectations

7. We are very pleased that we chose the Mach V. It was not cheap but we believe that you can’t complain if you get what you pay for and we believe we got very good value for our money.
