I have been a Maximum PC reader for many years. So I am familiar with Falcon Northwest as a high end computer maker. My last two computers have been an Alienware, and a Dell before that. So when I called a service rep to ask a couple questions about the build I was looking to buy, I was soooo shocked to talk to an individual that spoke perfect English!

He was extremely helpful, and I was very comfortable talking with him. He didn't try to sell me things I didn't need, and inquired what my computer would be used for to steer me right. I love this computer from the moment I opened the box. The presentation was A+. The t shirt is awesome, love the binder with all my paperwork and disks. For being a high performance machine, I'm shocked how quiet it is.

I feel I'm not just another case number to this company, and I have the card of the rep I talked to on the phone, knowing I can call with any issues or questions.
