Just wanted to take the time to say how pleased I am with the Mach V system I recently ordered from Falcon Northwest. While it's only been about 8 hours or so having the system up and running, I'm extremely impressed with the system build and the attention to detail put into the component build. Having built several systems on my own, I know what goes into constructing one. I decided this time around, with the release of Windows 7 and 6-core processors that I'd upgrade, but have the system built for me. The reviews I read on Falcon systems were all above and beyond all other system builds so I decided to go with you. I realize now I was correct in my decision to purchase a Mach V system. It's rare these days to find a company that takes so much pride in their product and I commend you for that. From start to finish, Brian Kubli and Jacob Thronley were no short of stellar in their level of assistance, updates and requests. 
 
Again, congratulations on providing a superior product. I look forward to continuing business with Falcon Northwest and recommending its products to my friends.
