I'm responding late to a customer satisfaction request regarding a purchase of a Talon system made about 6 months ago. Suffice it to say I am extremely satisfied with the build quality of the system. The most notable surprise was the handwritten testing and spec booklet. That kind of personal attention to detail cannot be replicated by the big box makers and I will certainly be purchasing all my future desktops from Falcon NW.
