I am extremely pleased with my new Falcon! Everything I discussed with
Brian was handled without any problems whatsoever. The ordering, the
configuration, the quality of the components, everything was first
rate. I would recommend your computers to anyone looking for the best
that can be had. I expect that I will be ordering at least one,
possibly two additional Falcon computers to add to the four I already
have. Sometime in late winter or early spring, perhaps.

I do have one very
small problem: The paint scheme for the latest American Flag case I
received is different from the two other flag cases I have. I prefer
the older version, as it appears to have richer coloring than the new
design. The new design looks great, and I am sure that someone without
the reference of the older design would find it entirely acceptable.
Just a thought.

I was impressed with the extra 'goodies' you
shipped with the computer. You really know how to appeal to my baser
instincts - free stuff!!

The enclosed note from your President had a nice cachet to it, also.
