Falcon NW team -

On the desktop of my new Mach V was a document asking me to drop you all an email to provide feedback. I really like the new computer - it has definitely made me more productive and the team at Falcon NW was great to work with through the sales process and in support after I received my machine. I can see how you have built such a leadership reputation in the industry.

Originally I wasn't going to write - after all, things are going well and I didn't want to add to your email burden. However, my 9 year old daughter surprised me with a nice picture for my birthday commemorating the "new addition" to our computing family and I wanted to share it with you all.
