Ok, guys.
 
I’ve been waiting all day to tell you this – I LOVE MY NEW MACH V!

The unexpected “surprises” in the box bowled me over – it’s the little things, you know that separate you from the rest of the crowd. I wanted/needed a new tee shirt (my old one is at least 10 years old, if I remember right), but the cup and the coffee, and the way you packaged the support materials in the zippered binder is super.

That said, the machine itself is fantastic. I never believed anything could bring up IE so quickly, boot so quickly and generally blow through file transfers and loads. And the brushed aluminum case is beautiful, lighted falcon and all. Very impressive.  As my wife said, quoting a character from one of the Dirty Harry movies I think, “My, that’s a BIG one!”.

I had to install COD Modern Warfare (the first one) just to try it out. Couldn’t be better! The sound is perfect and hooking up my old Quadraphonic speakers was a breeze (once I figured out which plug was front speakers and which was for the back – that took a little trial and error for all of 2 minutes. I know it’s not your product, but I am also blown away by Windows 7. It actually enhances the computer experience!

Other little things that inspired me to write today – I have an old deactivated cell phone with pictures still on it that I wanted to try to save. The little memory chip fit into one of the Mach V media reader slots and Voila! I have my pictures back.

Great product – great people to deal with – and a very satisfied customer here. Despite my very satisfied experience with you over the last 10 years or so, you have exceeded my expectations!
