My name is Brandon Mohler. I bought a Falcon-Northwest Mach V in late 2004. Since the day I received it, it has run like a dream. Although it has been 6 years, I can honestly say that I have never experienced a BSOD or a hardware problem. I have never needed to call tech support. Do not take what I just said as a grain of salt because I am a heavy gamer that puts a rig through its paces. I have never seen a computer built with such attention to quality. I will be in the market for another computer within the next year or two and you, at Falcon Northwest, have earned my business for life. Basically, KUDOS!!!!
