Dear Falcon-NW team, 

    Hello, this is Travis Wylie again. I
had received a TL-2 from your company for Christmas. After giving it
time to break in, I've decided to answer the "How are we doing"
document left on my desktop. I can honestly say, you have done amazing
work. The system runs smoothly and is surprisingly powerful for such a
lite machine. I was shocked after the first time booting it up, when it
only took a matter of seconds to fully boot. So used to getting a
computer from the factory and finding dozens of programs and "offers"
opening up at you right from boot. Finding my Falcon perfectly clean of
those start up nuisances was, and still is, quite refreshing to say the
least. 

    Even better then the systems performance, is it's
shear beauty. Exactly as I ordered, the black paint is infinitely deep
and very high gloss. My family has joked around about watching TV in
the reflection of my laptops lid. Also, just as I had ordered, the eye
of the Falcon logo is a rich red, to add a much meaner look to a very
mean machine. As I was warned with the black paint, it IS quite prone
to showing finger prints. I clean it nightly! Just today, I was
browsing around your new web site, checked out the FragBook gallery,
and there was my laptop. Two pictures, one showing how shiny your paint
jobs are and the other showcasing my custom, red-eyed Falcon logo. I
was shocked! Everyone I could get my hands on saw it within an hour.
Was a very pleasing sight, and quite flattering.

Now last, but
I believe most importantly, your customer service. I don't believe I've
ever dealt with a company so easy to work with. Never being put on hold
was great, and always getting called back soon after leaving a message
was even better. They few gentlemen I had the pleasure of speaking with
were always in a good mood, ready with quick, accurate answers to any
question, and best of all, were willing to talk casually. We carried on
conversations about everything from the future of video cards to our
favorite first person shooters. Even offered to take a TL-2 system and
get me the exact 3Dmark benchmark scores.

If there's one,
single thing I could request be done with future systems, it would be
having cleaning instructions shipped with the system. With the amazing
paint job you do, I believe it's important that a person know exactly
how to keep it at it's best. I personally am a marksmen, so I have lens
cleaning clothes on hand for cleaning the lens of scopes. They're soft
and very delicate, so I've been using one to keep my new baby clean and
shiny.
