In response to "how are we doing".

In 2007, when I wanted a non disposable top notch computer I compared companies. Falcon-NW came out on top, so I bought a MachV. Good decision.

Falcon-NW builds the best and most beautifully crafted computers in the world.
As for the staff, both sales and support, well; they have never let me down, they have never disappointed me.

If I had a problem, they fixed it
If I had a question [no matter how dumb] they answered it kindly If I needed something, they sent it

I knew thier tech knowledge was superb, I never expected each and every person I talked to to be so darn nice.

I don't do anything important with my MachV. I am a little old white-haired granny pretty much stuck in a wheelchair. My MachV gives me wings to fly again, and when I get cranky it gives me monsters to frag, enemies to blow into small, bloody lumps of dogmeat with Really BIG guns,  and munitions dumps[et al] to explode in a spectacular, and particlarly satifying fashion.

You asked for suggestions. The only thing I can think of [after the shape of the delivery I received 7/05/10] is maybe you could put very bright decals with simple words so the knuckledraggers UPS hires could read them: like FRAGILE and KEEP DRY. If it hadn't been for your suspension system, my computer would have been ruined. I haven't talked to anyone that way since I got out of the Marine Corps.

I will continue to reccomend Falcon-NW unconditionally
