"Flames" can mean a lot of different looks to a lot of people. The "50's style" flames used on cars forever is one type, but not very realistic. On the other end of the spectrum is the extremely difficult task of trying to make flames that look like real fire. Mike Lavallee pioneered this style known as Tru-Fire. It's a very time consuming hand-airbrush process- with gorgeous results.
