I have been using my new Mach V system for about 3 weeks now and it is absolutely phenomenal. I would consider my build to be very basic but there isn't one game that I own that wont run at max graphics. The customer service provided to me was fantastic. I had some pretty noob questions during the process but all were answered with detail and respect to the customer. Shortly after I received my system I accidently discovered the bios reset button on the back. Of course a quick call to tech support was needed, at least for me. My call was returned in about an hour and the problem was fixed shortly after. It's great to speak someone at the Falcon office and not someone outsourced. On a side note, my friend has a very similar build that he put together himself, but he is not getting the same performance. Currently we are playing StarCraft 2 multiplayer online, which isn't graphically intensive, but he has to turn everything down to medium-high and I am running on ultra. During big fights my friend gets skipping and slow downs while I am running on ultra with no slow down whatsoever. Anyways, thank you Falcon Northwest for such a great buying experience and product. The extra money one pays to buy from Falcon is 110% worth it. You really get what you pay for.
