I've been a gamer since 1990.  Back then, my meager paycheck couldn't afford a nice rig from Falcon.  Fortunately for me, times have changed and price isn't the driving factor in making a purchase.  4 years ago, I spent a lot of money on the top of the line XPS rig from Dell and had the worst experience of my life.  The board starting smoking after 2 weeks and the replacement they sent me was an older machine filled with dust and had the wrong video cards.  I didn't expect a brand new machine, I just wanted them to fix the one I sent in!!  I never received satisfactory resolution and getting stuck with an old machine took away from the whole experience.  In a way, those emotions carried over to the gaming and I lost some of the zest and the machine has mostly been collecting dust the past 1-2 years. 
 
Recently starting gaming again and got tired of running in low res.  Decided to call you guys and spec out a machine.  The entire boutique experience was awesome!!  The kind of experience one should have when buying a gaming rig.  The gentleman who answered all my questions (Jacob) knew exactly what I needed.  I appreciated his honesty and bought the machine the next day.  The unit shipped out in 6 days and received it on my Birthday - STOKED!!
 
The quality of the box inside and out was first rate, definitely worth the price of admission.  I loved the way everthing fit inside and the wiring was first rate.  I appreciate pride in workmanship, so thank you!!  10x's better than the assembly I got from Dell.  Everything runs great the gaming experience is INSANE!! 
 
Can't wait till the next rig!
