Thank You! I came home from Afghanistan, and needed to upgrade my PC also wanting to treat myself for a I survived gift. So I purchased a Falcon Northwest Talon and from the second I opened the box I knew I payed for quality. I have been a Alienware customer for 4 years now and have bought both laptops and desktop rigs, and I can safely say Falcon Northwest supersedes them by far. Everything from the packaging to the OS was perfect! The next day after I ordered my new Talon, customer service gave me a call to confirm my purchase and ask me if I had any question. They gave a delivery date for my custom rig and it was shipped out even faster than they said (I cant remember order date but I think it was less than 2 weeks). When I ordered from Alienware it took them 3 months to build my system and another month to ship it out. When I received my Alienware I had missing hardware and incomplete installs. Falcon Northwest shipped out my Windows CD, extra cables in case I upgrade my PC and a custom restore disks. When I unzipped and opened my folder I felt like I just bought a Porsche. Booting up my system took less time than ever before even with a 7200rpm hard drive. The desktop was clean and Windows 7 was finely tuned. I wanted liquid cooling in my rig but budget once again stopped me from getting one. But my rig is running at submarine silent and hasn't heated up in the last 24 hours its been on. Now I feel all Alienware customers are fanboys and, Falcon Northwest customers are the hardcore gamers and I will be a return customer.
