Dear Falcon-Northwest,

I am very happy to say that you are doing
great.

I had two desktops go on me back in May. Then my kids
took one notebook and the final two desktops with them back to school. The other
child moved out with her notebook and then began my odyssey of deciding what I
wanted to replace all this lost tech with.

I had never heard of Falcon until then. After buying
literally every magazine I could find, no internet access remember, I started to
develop a rather short list of options.

Basically, I do some work on my home system and some
internet stuff, ebay and I are more than just casual aquaintances, and then
there are my games. I am not a heavy gamer, but I certainly like conquering the
world on occasion. Not to mention the infrequent but totally enjoyable sniper
sessions. I also have been known to kill off some cows in my time
too.

Sadly, when it came time to chose a new system, I
actually went with someone besides Falcon. Partly due to the fact that I went
with what was familiar. After struggling for two months to get MASSIVE CORP INC
to get my idea of a nice machine for me right, I finally told them to stick
it.

Second time around I still did not trust my first
instincts and although I was smart enough to know that I knew enough about the
computor market to be a pain, I did not know enough to know where to go to
satisfy my particular itch. You propably can see this coming, I went with the
"bighead" name boutique maker. Well after a month and a half of rebuilding my
plastic headed scifi toy, I sent it back with well wishes of finding a new
family to give nightly calls to the techies
with.

In desperation I moaned to my wife that I would never
find any group of people who I could just talk with, make a connection on the
phone and get some straight forward answers, suggestions and just plain
ol'common sense.

She said, and this is what really is so great about her,
"you have been staring at that rock looking computor reviewed in that magazine
for so long now, I just don't see why you don't call them."

I want to thank Jacob for the way he handled the call
from the start. It was a great conversation of what I had read about, the way I
used my computor and what would be good for my needs while also helping me to
get the best value for the money. I ordered the machine that day. And he even
gave a faster delivery date than I had expected. Wonders of wonders, not only
did I get notices of shipment before I recieved my machine, a first, but it came
exactly as I ordered it, and on time!

Wow, I was so excited and I almost didn't care if it
worked out of the box or not.

It not only started right up but it has been positively
kick-ass ever since. Nice packaging, extras, case, presentation and flawless.
The single most impressive thing is the checklist and the fact that it is done
in pencil. I love the feel of the hands on effect of the knowledge that someone
actually really does the "over 200 point inspection" and the three day burn in.

The care and dedication you have for your products shows
in the product, and is only outshined by the personal feeling of talking with
your staff.

This is the way buying a computer should be. Great job!
Thank you.

Sincerely,

 Michael Broome

P.S., My wife wanted to say thanks
too.
