Dear Falcon Northwest,

It is almost six months since receiving my first high end pc (Talon) and the experience has been nothing but great. Now I can fully enjoy Crysis and other latest PC games.

First of all, the pre-sales experience was top notch compared to other manufacturers. I'm not saying other brands are bad but you are just way, way better. Even though I was just sending emails asking for the details (the computer and other tech question) a month or two before placing the orders. (Thank you very much, Jacob!)

As a first time owner of a Falcon-NW computer I was worried about if the shipping company may do damage to my computer during shipping. But when I received the package my jaw was on the floor  You guys really took the extra 100 miles in protecting my pc! Wow! And I can tell how organized things are in the box, and a zip up binder with all the discs and cable neatly placed! Now that's quality work. And that how a pc should be shipped!

And when I turned on the computer thinking I'll have to spend hours downloading the World of Warcraft patches I realized that you guys remembered when I spoke to you on the phone that I play World of Warcraft. You have it downloaded for me! Now that's professional customer service!

This is the best PC I have ever purchased, despite the higher price. And I got to say it is well worth the money. QUALITY trump prices, every time. I believe you have me as a loyal customer now. Not only will I return some years down the road. But I'll also tell my friends how great Falcon NW is. I'll tell them save the money they have for a cheap pc for a Falcon NW because they won't regret it. It's Falcon NW or bust! OK, now I have to start saving for my next Falcon! ;)

If there is any constructive criticism to make, that'll probably be the front USB port which is on top of chassis. Won't that collect dust faster than those facing to the side? Any way, it's just a suggestion. If you can engineer it in such a way that the ports are covered like the way cover the CD drive I think that'll be great. So when the front USB ports are not in use, they are still covered and not exposed to dust.
