I just wanted to write and tell you how thrilled I am with my new fragbox that your company built for me. On the desktop in it was a letter from your company asking me to write on how you are doing. Since I am not putting in a e-mail program into it, I am writing you from my other one.

How are you doing? All of you are doing... Fantastic! 

All I can say is WOW! When I opened the carton, great packing by the way, I could not believe what a great looking Fragbox it was, but then on top of it all the extra things you sent me was a real surprise, especially the case. Love the shirt and will make the coffee but the case I can't get over receiving as your web site said nothing about your doing all this. It has everything for my new system all in one place, disks, paperwork, manuals, and I thank you so much for doing this.

I set the Fragbox up and it is just perfect in every way. Whomever put it together for me did a excellent job, almost as if he/she knew what I wanted to have in it where programs are concerned. I specifically wanted another PC for gaming and really did some research on what I wanted, but didn't know who I wanted to build it for me. I Googled gaming computers, and as you probably know it isn't easy to find just the right people to build one, but I did, I found your company Falcon Northwest. To be honest I had never heard of you, but after looking your product over on your web site and reading all of what you had to offer, the warranty was a great selling point, I just knew you had to be the one for me.

I didn't want a tower, I have one already, I wanted something smaller and there it was, Fragbox. I am so impressed with it and it does take a lot to impress me believe me. Completely built with everything installed, and to see the case in person just blew me away. Hooking it up was a breeze and then the blue lighting when it is on, so cool. It looks great on my desk, and I never knew the difference in speed between 32 bit and 64 bit as I do now. For gaming it is superb!

Your company is really first class all the way, as are your PC's. Communication I can't give you enough praise for, and I honestly find my whole experience with you and your company utterly indescribable, you impressed me that much.

I have told many people about Falcon Northwest already and if ever I am in need of another computer, Tower or Fragbox, I will be back online ordering one from you. I will always be a customer of yours. Perfection should be your motto.
