Guys, Great experience so far - the computer has exceeded expectations. The geeks in my office wanted to come over and open it just to see how well it was put together - they were amazed. I heard about Falcon NW from a co-worker who is from Oregon - I just didn't want to buy another Dell system and wanted to try something different - I am very glad I did. I tend to use my computer for mostly strategy type games (Starcraft, Warcraft, Age of Empires), picture and video recording and management. Again the computer is amazing and the service in ordering the computer was great.  I haven't had to call about any technical issues yet so I can't comment on this type service. I would highly recommend your product and do.
